Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Langkawi

The state of Kedah became the launching pad for an exciting new 3 year education transformation pilot in Malaysia in January 2018. DTP- AMAN is an initiative of the Ministry of Education Malaysia in partnership with Yayasan Hasanah, Yayasan Amir, and LeapEd to support the aims of the District Transformation Programme (DTP).

The approach in DTP-AMAN is based on a circle of trust, hands-on empowerment and accountability between our coaches, PPD officers and school staff. These values create positive teamwork, encouraging teams to be solutions-focused and reflective when faced with challenges as part of the change towards sustainable education transformation. The changes are from within the system and organisation.
